Why are your prices published instead of quoted?
Because a quote you can't see before you commit is exactly the black-box pattern this ICP has been burned by before. Every package's real price is on the page it's sold from.
Is checkout a real purchase, or a lead form?
It's a real cart and checkout flow — you'll get an order reference and a confirmation. A human then contacts you to countersign the engagement before work begins; see Terms of Sale & Use.
What does "HT" mean on every price?
Hors taxes — excluding VAT. TVA at 8.5% (Réunion's standard rate) is added as a separate line at checkout.
Can I buy more than one package?
Yes — most clients combine two or more service lines; add each package to the same cart.

How long until I see results?

Monthly packages run a 3-month minimum term, then 30 days' written notice to cancel. One-off audits and the strategy session carry no ongoing commitment.
What's your cancellation policy for the strategy session?
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before; within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee — see Refund & Cancellation.
Do I have a right to withdraw after purchase?
