1. Who these terms cover

These terms govern the sale of Ultra SEO's SEO packages, one-off audits, and the strategy session, purchased through ultra-seo.com, and the use of the site generally. Governing law is French law; for consumers, the mandatory provisions of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and EU consumer protection rules also apply.

2. What you're buying

Each package's price, billing (one-off or monthly), and included deliverables are published on its service page and on Pricing before you add it to cart. Completing checkout creates an order record; a member of the Ultra SEO team then contacts you to confirm scope and countersign the engagement before work begins. All prices are shown HT (excl. VAT); TVA at 8.5% (Réunion's standard rate) is added at checkout.

3. Monthly packages — minimum term

Monthly packages carry a minimum engagement term of 3 months from kick-off. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. Cancelling within the minimum term does not entitle you to a refund of months already invoiced.

4. One-off services

Technical audits and the strategy session are single deliverables with no ongoing commitment. Cancellation and rescheduling for the strategy session follow the 24-hour rule in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at a distance, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. If you expressly request that work begin before the 14 days elapse, you may waive this right for the portion of the service already performed by the time you withdraw, and you'll owe an amount proportionate to what was delivered up to that point (Article L221-25). 6. No ranking guarantee

Ultra SEO does not guarantee search-ranking positions, traffic levels, or any other outcome determined by third-party search engines or AI systems, which we do not control. What we commit to is the scope listed for your package, the five-step method, and a written report every 30 days — see Process.

7. Payment

This site's checkout currently runs a demonstration payment step: no payment is taken, and no card data is transmitted, processed, or stored through it. An order placed through checkout is a booking request, confirmed once a human team member contacts you and payment is arranged directly.

8. Liability

Ultra SEO's liability for any claim relating to a purchased service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, except where French law does not permit such a limitation (e.g. for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly; changes do not apply retroactively to an already-confirmed engagement.
