How we handle your data
Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026
1. Who we are
Ultra SEO, 31 Rue de Montreuil, 97400 Saint-Denis, Réunion, France, is the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: support@ultra-seo.com, 0262 35 37 81.
2. What we collect
- Name, email, phone number, and postal address — when you request a quote, book a strategy session, submit the qualification form, or place an order through checkout.
- Order and billing details — when you complete a purchase (billing address, VAT number if provided, engagement start date, order contents).
- Usage data — only if you consent to analytics cookies (see §5).
3. Why we collect it, and the lawful basis
- To respond to enquiries and provide a quote or session (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps at your request).
- To process an order and deliver the purchased service (performance of a contract).
- To keep accounting and invoicing records (legal obligation).
- To understand site usage and improve it (consent — Google Analytics 4, only after you opt in via the cookie banner).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes beyond those listed here without asking again.
4. Who we share it with
Ultra SEO staff involved in delivering your engagement; our hosting provider, as a processor acting on our instructions; Google, as the processor for Google Analytics 4, only if you've consented to analytics cookies. No personal data is shared with anyone else, and none is sold.
5. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you accept analytics cookies through the consent banner. See the Cookie Policy for the full cookie table and how to withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Google Analytics may transfer data to servers outside the EU/EEA; where it does, it relies on the safeguards Google publishes for this purpose (standard contractual clauses / the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applicable).
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiry and qualification-form data: up to 3 years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Order, billing, and invoicing data: retained for the statutory accounting period under French law (currently 10 years for accounting documents).
- Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): retained per Google's configured retention window, currently up to 14 months.
- Cookie consent record: retained for up to 6 months, after which you'll be asked again.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, email support@ultra-seo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL — Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, cnil.fr.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, including restricting access to staff who need it to deliver your engagement.
