Refund & cancellation policy

1. Strategy session — cancellation and rescheduling

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your session. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session may incur a fee of 50% of the session price (€70 of the €140 fee).

2. Monthly packages

Monthly packages carry a 3-month minimum term from kick-off. After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days' written notice before your next billing date. No refund is issued for months already invoiced within the minimum term, and no partial-month refund is issued after it.

3. One-off audits

Once an audit's diagnostic work has begun, it is not refundable, since the deliverable is work already performed. If you cancel before diagnostic work begins, you're entitled to a full refund.

4. Statutory 14-day withdrawal right

Separately from the above, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under French/EU consumer law. To exercise it, email support@ultra-seo.com within 14 days of your order, stating you wish to withdraw. If you asked us to start work before the 14 days elapsed, you may still withdraw, but you'll owe an amount proportionate to the work already performed up to your withdrawal request (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). Once a service has been fully performed with your express consent before the 14 days elapse, the withdrawal right no longer applies.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@ultra-seo.com or call 0262 35 37 81 during office hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–16:00). We confirm every cancellation or refund request in writing.
